Heya! I drew this freehand, I didn't draw over the photo or use a grid or trace her or anything like that. I used a variety of styles. Ranging from some pixelart for some of the headpiece, airbrushing and some watercolour tools, smudging, painting.. I used a photo reference to look off of.

If you're a Star Wars buff, I'm sure that you'll get a kick out of this portrait of Queen Amidala. Though, even if you're not, it's hard not to appreciate the skills that went into creating it. okay first off.. I'm a Star Wars fan.. but NOT of the new Stars Wars movies BUT this is REALLY friggin' amazing..
The only bit that gives it away as not being a photo is where left hand side the wall(?) and where the hair lays over it.. aside from that and I kid you not... this is photo quality!!! Its truly amazing... he will LOVE it... :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:
